Tips for designing embroidery logo: Design in 1:1 Scale
*It is recommended that each letter of the latin alphabet and Western Arabic numerals be 0.5x0.5cm or above.
*If it is a freehand sketch, it is recommended to use a 1mm marking pen to do the sketch.
Material
Different fabrics have different yarn count (thickness), elasticity and hand feeling.
There are many choices from 100% cotton to T/C, T/R, 100% polyester...etc.
The fastest way to know which fabric you’re using is to mail us one. We can directly match your fabric/material and colour with ours.

For simple designs, logos and letters, embroidery is a good choice.
For complex designs with detailed drawings, we can directly print out the colours and whole pattern on white fabric. (Limited to 100% polyester)
Border Design
There are various ways to handle it, such as satin ribbon, grosgrain ribbon, herringbone tape, embroidery and woven tape.
Satin ribbon is the common choice because it is glossy and eye-catching, available in different widths (different combinations), and is reasonably priced.
